Hello! We are Talia and Dennis, the team and couple, behind Lampe fotografie (photography). It's so nice to meet you!
Please let us introduce ourselves:
We are from Delft, we love nature, hiking, everything that has to do with camera's and building/making stuff. Recently we have made our bus into a campervan and occasionally we tour around through the Netherlands, but also through the rest of Europe. To meet new people, new cultures and to photograph stunning nature is our passion and to learn new things is always interesting to us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL

Can we get the unedited photos?
We want to deliver the best quality. Because of this, we don't deliver unedited photos. Editing them is a part of our creative process and part of the final product.

Will the photos of us be put online?
The photos can be used as part of our portfolio on our website and social media. If you don't want the photo's to be put online, please tell us in an email before we sign the agreement.

Will we get the photos in colour, black/white or both?
Some photos will be in colour and some will be black/white. This choice is a part of the editing process and is determined by how we
De fotoreportage zal zowel kleuren- als zwart-witfoto's bevatten. Deze keuze is onderdeel van de bewerking en wordt bepaald door ons artistiek inzicht in combinatie met hoe een bepaalde foto het mooist tot zijn recht komt, zowel op zichzelf als binnen de reportage. Bij het aangaan van de overeenkomst kun je het uiteraard aangeven als je kiest voor een reportage met alleen kleuren- of zwart-witfoto's. Het is belangrijk dat we het van tevoren weten, want bij het fotograferen houden we er in veel gevallen rekening mee hoe een foto uiteindelijk het mooist zal worden.

Do you offer video-services?
Yes we do! You can even chose wedding packages which include video. If you would like to use our video-services in a different way, please contact us to discuss your ideas and wishes.

What about copyright?
Please mention us if the photos will be put online (incl. social media).

We would like ALL photos. Is this possible?
We don't deliver all photos that will be taken during a shoot. We take a lot more photos, to make sure that everyone is looking good. For example, that nobody is captured with their eyes shut. To achieve this, it's necessary to take more photos. We will choose the best ones.

Can we pay afterwards?
Payment will always be arranged before the shoot takes place.
You will receive an invoice via email, the terms of payment is 3 days.
You will receive an invoice via email two weeks before the shoot. The terms of payment for an invoice is 7 days.

What do you do in case you get ill?
In most cases this won't be a problem, because we work as a team of two photographers. If one is ill, the other is available to do the shoot.
In case we are both ill (for instance because of corona), we will try to arrange a new date with you. If it is not possible to change the date, we will reach out to our colleage photographers, to ask if they can do the shoot instead of (one of) us. Of course we make sure that the style matches ours.
WEDDINGS

How does the payment work?
If you book us for a certain date, you will pay a deposit of €300. The date will be reserved for you.
The remaining amount will be paid no later than two weeks before the wedding date.

If the wedding is canceled, will we get our money back?
Canceling is possible, but the deposit cannot be refunded, as we fill up quickly.
Video- and/or photographing a wedding takes a large part of, or even a whole day and the time has been set aside for this. We can not accept other requests on that date. This is the reason we unfortunately can nott refund the paid deposit.

Can our guests make photo's as well?
Of course! We would like
Natuurlijk kan dat! Echter, omdat jullie ons hebben ingehuurd om jullie grote dag op een mooie en professionele manier vast te leggen, vragen we wel erop toe te (laten) zien dat onze werkzaamheden niet verstoord worden door fotograferende genodigden door bijvoorbeeld in beeld te staan bij bepaalde gebeurtenissen. Als daardoor ons werk wordt belemmerd kunnen wij niet het beste eindproduct afleveren, wat altijd ons belangrijkste doel is.
Wij raden wel aan om gasten te vragen zo min mogelijk foto's en video's te maken. Laat ze genieten van de dag! Herinneringen vastleggen is immers waar wij voor zijn op deze dag.

What do you do in case of illness?
In het geval dat jullie een pakket hebben geboekt met één fotograaf zal dit geen probleem opleveren. Wij werken als een team van twee, dus als een van de twee ziek is, zal de ander de shoot doen. Omdat een bruiloft langer van tevoren wordt gepland dan de meeste van onze andere opdrachten en deze dag dus al lang door ons is gereserveerd, zullen jullie hier in de praktijk niks van merken. Wij blijven allebei beschikbaar op deze dag.
Indien jullie een pakket hebben geboekt met twee fotograferen, of één foto- en een videograaf, en een van ons is op de dag van jullie bruiloft ziek, zullen wij een collega-fotograaf regelen. De videografie en de regie over de hele reportage, doen we in dit geval zelf.
Mocht er zich een situatie voordoen dat wij allebei ziek zijn (bijvoorbeel door corona), zullen wij proberen de opdracht uit te laten voeren door collega-foto/videografen, wiens stijl aansluit op die van ons.

Is an album included in the package?
Een trouwalbum is inbegrepen in een aantal pakketten. Uiteraard is deze bij de andere pakketten ook extra toe te voegen.
Jullie trouwalbum stellen wij, geheel naar eigen stijl en passend bij de foto's die we hebben gemaakt, samen. Wij printen het album niet zelf, dit besteden wij uit.

Do we arrange food for you?
Het moet niet, maar indien mogelijk is dat heel fijn. We bespreken dit uiteraard vooraf. Dan weten wij of wij zelf eten moeten meenemen.
